We offer full digitizing services. The average left chest logo digitizing cost is $30. Larger logos that are over the average left chest size are $75.
Application
Embroidery application is priced by the logo's stitch count. An average left chest logo is under 7,000 stitches. The prices listed are a starting price but can change depending on the logo's stitch count. There is an increase of $1.00 for each thousand stiches over 7,000.
1 item - $18, 2-4 items - $15 each, 5-10 items - $12 each, 11-24 items - $10 each, 25-49 items - $8 each, 50+ items - $7 each.
Screen Printing
Artwork Set Up
Artwork set up for screen printing is $30. This includes, proofs, pre-press time, films etc. The screen charges are $30 per color. We do not keep screens so these fees are not a one time charge.
Application
Screen printing cost is determined by two factors; quantity and number of print colors. We have a minimum requirement of 24 pieces with a one color print. Please call us for all of our minimum requirements and pricing .
HTV Vinyl
Artwork Set Up
Artwork set up cost for vinyl is determined by the amount of detail in the design. This fee starts at $20 per design and can go up to as much as $40 per design. This includes proofs, pre-press time, cutting, weeding, masking, etc.
Application
HTV Vinyl is a one color application only. It is a great alternative to screen printing when you have a low quantity order. Please call for pricing.
Business Cards
Artwork Set Up
Artwork set up cost for business cards is $20.
Application
Printing a standard size card (2" x 3.5") front and back on 16 pt stock is the most cost effective card we offer. 500-1000 cards cost $75. Additional embellishments like spot UV coating and foiling are available. Call for pricing.
