Proofs -

When reviewing a proof for your order, please read all information listed. This includes colors, spelling, sizing etc. Please be aware that all proofs are a digital representation of your order. The images are not an exact ratio to the apparel clipart. Print colors may vary to the colors that appear on your computer screen, phone or printer. Approval of proofs are final. Giving your approval insures you have read and agree to the details of the product and print. We are not accountable if your order is not printed to your expectations because of an oversite on the proof. We have a 48 hour term for proof approvals to insure that your order's production date will be met.

Bringing In Items -

We allow customers to bring in their own items to be embroidered, printed etc. Most items will work for applications we provide, but not all. There are certain variables that come into play for our machinery to accommodate. Please know that accidents can happen. We can not replace an item that you bring to us. We are always willing to replace an item with something comparable from our catalog if it is available. If you bring an item and we do not think it is best fit for the application you are looking for we will work with you to find a solution so you can get the best quality product we can provide.

Prepping Your Items -

When bringing your own items to us, please have them ready for application. Please be sure to unbag all items, remove stickers, tags, pins, paper, cardboard, plastic etc. There will be a $.50 charge per item that we have to make ready for production.

Artwork Files -

Any artwork fees that are charged are for our files and use. If you are wanting a copy of your file, there will be an additional $50 fee. Please know that if you do not have embroidery software, you can not open or edit a DST file. It is strictly used for embroidery machines.

Uniform Purchases-

Please know your child's size and colors that they require for school. We are not responsible if school logos are embroidered on a shirt colors that the school does not approve. When purchasing uniforms from us (in store or on line) all sales are final. We do not accept returns on embellished items. If you plan on purchasing the uniforms through us and are not sure of the sizes you need, come by our store and try them on to ensure proper ordering.
